"The room and staff were wonderful. It would be nice to have a larger bathtub so as an adult, I could fit in it and take a bath. The tv should have been moved closer to the sofa so you could see it better from there. Also, closing the door made a loud noise and it couldn't be quieted with a slower closing. "We chose 4 point for convenience to the KY expo center while showing horses for 5 days. Located right outside Gate 4, this was a great option for our family. My favorite part was how great it smelled inside! That doesn’t happen often with hotels. But it is a priority here as well as cleanliness. We will return."

"Everything about this stay was excellent except 1 thing. And that 1 thing would be the only thing keeping me from staying there again. The problem for me was the smell from the cleaning solution, which I believe was used on the floors, was so strong it was making me feel sick. I am not especially sensitive to odors, but this was really strong. It gave me headaches, nasal congestion, sore throat and sick tummy. If that problem is resolved, I would definitely stay there again!"

"The deadbolt type of lock was missing on the door. The room where the breakfast was held was 95 degrees, apparently the air wasn't working. The interstate was shut down for maintenance and the hotel sits right next to it. So not sure but there was alot of interesting people hanging around. We didn't feel safe staying here."
