Only thing was we couldn’t find instructions for the cooker and to put the hot water on but we nipped over to reception and they were helpful (with the hot water and we worked out the cooker!!). "Unprofessional communication. I could not contact them ( and Expedia could not contact them) . The telephone numbers were not current on the contact info on Expedia site or website. Our plane delayed and we got to hotel and contact numbers were listed on front door and no one on site. Poor charm factor with plastic ivy on fence."
