"Service. It’s clear everyone got the memo. David greeted us at the bell stand as we arrived and was ready to be helpful whenever we needed anything. Housekeeping was awesome, Jesus made the best Negronis at the Casa Grande bar. "The 4pm check out is really late and creates a large influx of people from 3/3.30pm in the lobby and they only had one staff member working the front desk. It was also the noisiest hotel I have ever stayed in as the rooms surround a central enclosed courtyard and sound really travels, we could hear entire conversations from behind our closed door. The location is unbeatable though, so bring some ear plugs and you will have a great stay."
