"We stayed here two nights prior to going back to the US. The hotel was clean and staff friendly and accommodating. My only complaint was we needed a family room and the one we got was through a service door. The room was large and bedroom was comfortable, but there was no heat in the bathroom. The room was also supposed to also be handicapped accessible, but there was a bathtub you needed to step in to shower. "Lovely hotel, staff friendly and helpful, location was spot on 10 minute walk down to Richmond Town Centre, stunning scenery facing hotel and River Thames, Hotel smelt gorgeous and the fires were lit of an evening which was so christmasy with the decor, we had a couple of drinks in the bar and it was stunning so relaxing and again lovely staff would love to return soon , thankyou "

"Centrally located hotel, short walk to city center and to the train station. Restaurant was good, had a couple of dinners there. Parking in nearby parking house with a discount if you remember to register your car registration number walking over to the parking to pick up your car."
