"객실 문이 제대로 닫히지 않아 두세번씩 닫아야해서 밤새 이방, 저방 매우 시끄러웠습니다. 리모델링이 잘못된 듯 합니다. 웨스틴 조선호텔은 그럼에도 아주 좋은 인상을 남겼는데, 우선 주차장에서 안내 해 주시는분이 친절하셨습니다. 또한 클럽라운지에서 뵌 연륜이 있어보이는 듯한 두 분께 감사와 존경의 마음을 전하고자 합니다. 그 분들의 모습에는 자연스럽고 진실된 서비스가 보였습니다. 젊은 직원들은 손님이 들어가도 멀뚱멀뚱보거나, 컴퓨터를 보면서 손님에게 인사를 하는것과는 매우 달랐습니다. 이런분들은 한국에서 조선호텔서울이나 서울의 플라자호텔, 신라호텔내지 소공동 롯데호텔의 경험많으신 분들만이 가지시는 품격입니다. 아무리 최신이고, 고급호텔을 표방한다해도 이런 분들이 계시지않는호텔은 가지않아야겠다는 결심을 다시 했습니다. 감사합니다."

"Apartment is huge, very modern, excellent views,brand new.Only negative is that everything is written in Korean and is difficult to operate.Toileteries are very basic.One bathroom did not have shampoo."

"This place was top of the tier!! The staff is SO kind and helpful. We met a great person who was also BTS army and we chatted everytime we ran into her. You can’t ask for a better stay. The pools and other amenities are so high class! Best place I have ever stayed at."

"I love my stay in this place. Walking distance to the beach as well as to the shopping street and restaurants.There’s just a bit of walk (10-15mins) to the train station. The amenities are really nice, the view is excellent. The staff are nice and very helpful. The food during breakfast was good, there’s many options. Check in and out was also fast and easy. Overall, I liked the place and will definitely stay here again. Will also recommend."

"Loved the helpful front desk staff, my family asked for recommendations what to do, where to eat, where to eat a particular cuisine and the front desk staff obliged, even printing out information so it was easy for us to follow. Loved the access to laundry, kitchen, business center, and party room. The lg styler in the room was great. At least in the 2 double room we stayed in there wasn't a place to change clothes out of view and outside the shower stall, so I would be wary of that if...
