"The Solid residence is exactly that. You will not have room service during your stay, you have to manage everything yourself as if it's your own apartment. There are not front desk but an office on the fourth floor for support from friend staff. You are suppose to receive an email prior to your arrival that will tell you how to get to room selected apartment."
