"The Hoxton is a beautifully styled and well curated hotel. The location is perfect for walking down in the busier bits but still felt quiet and sucluded. Staff were super friendly and helpful. Rooms were immaculate and very modern."

It was a shame the bar wasn’t open earlier and it would have been nice to have a coffee during the day, maybe reception staff could have done this? A little far out from the centre but of you are happy to walk 40 mins or so not a problem. Bus was also available but couldn’t work out how to pay for that without paying double on the bus!"

"This hotel is absolutely gorgeous. The property is well maintained and very clean. The staff are lovely and helpful. The shuttle was an amazing bonus and breakfast was incredible. Such a lovely experience and made the stay in Florence unforgettable. I would highly recommend this hotel and hopefully will one day have the chance to return."

"We got a spacious new room on the third floor, and 1 modern/renovated bathroom, The room had a special acess requiring a physical key. AC worked well except for minor glitches with AC remote, but it cooled very well. They even provided 2 floor fans with our request. Good location, and customer service. Many good Italian and Indian food places and shopping very close. Walkable to many tourist places. Overall worth for the money paid, but wish we had 2 bathrooms (as we have 2 kids). Included...

"The staff are very pleasant and helpful. We spent time at the pool and had breakfast on one of the days. We also visited the spa. Our executive room had 2 beds and view of the river. It was large, clean and well appointed, perfect for my daughter and I. The downside to this hotel is that it is a ways out of Florence centre, about a half hour walk and not sure i would be comfortable walking at night in the area.
