"Very happy with the stay. Room was spacious First time minibar being complimentary - was surprise and had to asked again to confirm. Just 1 pack of nuts though but quite a selection of non-alcoholic drinks - 2 bottles of juice, flavoured water, coconut juice, bottles of water, and Nespresso pods and machine. About as close to Universal Studio Singapore as you get. Definitely a good choice if you are going to USS. Close to Santosa Express and easy access to the Vivo Shopping with free...

"Such a beautiful place to stay, the staff were so helpful and friendly and we felt so welcomed. The mini fridges in our rooms didnt work and one of the toilets was noisy and kept flushing throughout the night unless we banged on the flusher to stop it. The free shuttle to and from Sentosa was amazing the drivers were always helpful. Ww would definitely recommended Sofitel to friend's and family would stay there again if we come back to Singapore. "久しぶりのセントーサ。 チェックイン時間より早めに着いた。 受付の人は目頭押さえてめちゃくちゃ疲れてますアピール。 部屋は準備出来てないから指定された時間に戻ると15時チェックインだと言う。いや知ってるけど時間指定してきたよね？ 各フロアだと思うが灰皿付きゴミ箱がある。 エレベーターのボタンのところにあるから子供には近づけさせなかった。 廊下に糸くずやゴミがずっとある。 とにかく５つ星じゃないよね？？？"
