"When I walked into the front desk it smelled terribly. I went to check-in, wasn't a problem. I asked to see the pool and I was told that it wasn't operatable, you know, where the hot tub, when I made the reservations through Expedia, everything was fine. I see my grandchildren once every 3 months, and this was a trip that I had planned and needless to say, I had very disappointed grandsons because of false advertisement. "The room was filthy! I had bugs in my room, all over the walls as well as bodily fluids. (I took pictures to share with the hotel and Expedia) unfortunately the staff wouldn’t help with a refund for atleast one night. There was mold everywhere in the bathroom. The pictures speak for themselves. I would highly recommend not staying at this property. It’s very unsanitary & I can’t believe it passes health codes. So disappointing all around. Room 235"
