"Overall, the cottage was a great stay for us. We came down from Pittsburgh for Family Weekend at ECU and it was well worth it. The location made it very easy to drive to and from campus. The view of the river in the morning was incredible, and the fishing was great (we're big fishing people, so if you're into that sort of thing, would definitely recommend this cottage). "Great location to downtown Edenton. Brandon was super responsive with a few questions. Home was cozy & had everything. Fenced in backyard with fire pit was a bonus & made it super easy since we brought our puppy with us. Town locals are great & town is extremely dog friendly! Loved everything about our visit. Would highly recommend! "

"The house was exactly as pictured. The area was very quiet- we didn’t see or hear anyone else the whole weekend! Would highly recommend for a quiet fall weekend. Van Dee was super responsive and helpful. Our only suggestion would be more kayak paddles. We could only locate one. "
