Cheerful 2-bedroom Edenton bungalow getaway

A bright and peaceful 2 bed, 1 bath remodeled historic bungalow with a picket fence backyard and garden in the heart of the Edenton Historic District. Only a few blocks from charming downtown Edenton, the waterfront and local Farmers Market. Walking distance to water activities, local shops, restaurants and bars, the adorable Edenton coffee shop or local produce to make meals in the bungalow’s full kitchen. Perfect for family vacations, romantic getaways, girls’ weekends and special occasions.
The space
Guests are welcome to use the entire home and all of its amenities, including a full kitchen with appliances, stove/oven, microwave, refrigerator, washer/dryer, full tub bath, iron/ironing board, 2 closets and a picket fence backyard and garden. The 660 sq ft home consists of 2 full beds and 1 sofa sleeper to comfortably sleep 5 people. WiFi is provided for guests and a Roku tv where you can log into your streaming application or switch to cable.

There is a full driveway available to guests that can fit up to 3 cars. Street parking is also available. Guests can drive around town, but it is not necessary as the home is 3 blocks and walking distance to downtown Broad street where all the local shops, restaurants, bars, shopping, historic monuments and the waterfront are located.

We found the bungalow was cozy and spotless. It was stocked with coffee and bathroom necessities.,,both much appreciated! The owner provided a stack of info about the town of Edenton and points nearby..also games, books, and puzzles.The bungalow is very convenient to the picturesque downtown area and provided a lovely area for walking. Besides being spotless, the decor is charming with an updated kitchen and fixtures throughout. Oh and the backyard is adorable, too. Finally, I had a few questions, and Cassandra was very responsive each time.

Great place, everything we needed was there, great location. Our host was awesome. All the information we needed was timely and perfect. Nice bungalow, great location. Came for a week of quiet and relaxation and that is exactly what we got. We’ll definitely be back.

We spent most of our time out and about exploring the cute town, historic housing and sound views. Cassandra was very responsive and her home was perfect for the low-key girls' getaway that we were looking for.

It was comfortable. Beds were very comfy...We slept like bears...! All possible kitchen ware was available.. Took us 24hrs to figure out the TV...need a few more directions on getting it to go online...we are OLD! The front porch floor could use a sanding and a new coat of paint. We are gardeners ...so a bit more work on the front beds would perk up the curb appeal.
