"The hotel itself is very nice and its very well decorated and integrated in the wild west theme. The staff was a bit rude and we even had to take out the extra bed ourselves because they didn’t do it."

The hotel is lovely, clean, well themed with some great architecturural features, however it showing some minor wear and tear with some slightly dated decor. This is likely to be rectified with the current ongoing refurbishments. Check in was quick and easy with good communication and information provided. "Everything was great! Stayed with my mom for our Disneyland visit and enjoyed our room. The breakfast buffet was very good. We got there an hour before check in, but staff was very kind and got us in sooner. They even brought our luggage up for us. Drinks at their bar that night was great (not all hotels have bars, so definitely a perk) Highly recommend. Just to note, if you want lotion or vanity kits, they have a convenient list in the bathroom. You have to go to front desk to request them."

The cabins are incredibly cute and equip with all the things you'll need, super comfy beds and lots of space even for bigger families as a family of 5 we never felt like there wasn't enough space.
