"A previous client left a bag of dirty clothes in the closet and the Body Wash Dispenser in the Shower was completely empty. The Host was unreachable by phone or email - I was clueless as to how we could connect before, during and evening as we were leaving the property. I had to contact Vrbo to get vital information. (the help from Vrbo was great!) the property is outstanding1"

"Property was dirty, ants in multiple areas, no clean towels and had several things in need of repair. Once I was finally able to get ahold of the property owner he was very apologetic and bought towels had them delivered the next day and refunded 1 of our nights. Believe he may fix things hopefully for future people who stay. "

"As older women we would have appreciated hard copy for procedures and directions. They were clearly explained via emails. We did have a couple of questions and they were answered quickly and efficiently and kindly. It was wonderful working with the host."
