"The host is very responsive which is a plus. The room was okay, didn't feel like it was cleaned very well and the pillowcases did not look appealing to sleep on I covered it with a towel. Basic amenities are provided. Location is super convenient though, close to the station and main strip of shops."

"The hotel was modern, clean and in a great location. Super convenient if flying out from Domestic or International airports as it's right next to Green Square station. On the day of checkout we realised we had left our son's cuddle toys at the hotel and were unable to return as we were flying out that morning to South Korea. I contacted the hotel and spoke with Bikash who went and searched the room until he located the items and called me back straight away to confirm. He arranged for the items...
