"Great little hotel in Split. Room was clean, spacious and comfortable: a little dated and the bathroom had a faint drainage smell, but that didn't bother us. About 25 mins walk into the old town and 10-20 minutes walk from some lovely beaches; great location as rideshares into town were only around 5 euros. Staff were friendly and very helpful! We liked the Nutella pancakes at breakfast especially. Konoba restaurant a couple of doors down is wonderful too, would recommend. Would absolutely stay...

"We could bot be happier than staying here, the sweet host Ivika, we talked to her everyday, she even baked me a cake when i was sick for a few days. We felt like home, and we didnt want to leave again, even the neighbours that lived everyday life there was so kind. We will came again for sure, we miss it so much, the old town was 1 min away, i never found out how the tv worked but we didnt need it anyway. "Had an amazing stay, would thoroughly recommend. It being slightly detached from the town made it a really desirable place to stay in terms of how quiet it was. The little houses were an interesting concept and I really enjoyed mine. The only criticism I’d have is that there is no street lighting or pavement on the main road for the first maybe 200-300 metres, making walking at nighttime slightly disconcerting, but that shouldn’t put you off staying in this wonderful complex."
