"Excellent communication, loved having keypad access. Great location, right downtown. Can get loud, but when it did we closed the windows. Be ready for bells, but that is just being is Omis. Parking was 5 mins away and great. No other option even at another location. Parking on streets is just so limited. Large apartment #2. Double bathroom was also a huge perk. The best coffee is just at the end of the street. Thank you ivana, really was a nice relaxing stay."

"The apartment has mostly positive points, I will highlight things I would have wanted to know before I went so I could make an informed decision.
It was not clear on Expedia that this is a cash payment apartment, no credit cards, we did not realise but the host was happy for a cash bank transfer for our stay.
The apartment was clean, modern, spacious and had everything you need, comfortable beds, good WiFi and smart TV’s, washing machine, and a fully fitted kitchen.

"Es war eine sehr schöne und gemütliche Unterkunft mit allem was man für einen gelungenen Urlaubsaufenthalt benötigt. Wenn man viel Trubel will, ist man hier falsch. Hier bekommt man die Ruhe und die Gemütlichkeit die man zum erholen benötigt. Ein Auto ist hier sehr vom Vorteil. Uns hat es hier sehr gut gefallen und können es weiterempfehlen!!! "

"Great villa which was lovely and clean upon arrival. The pool is also great. If you do stay here you will need a rental car as you are up in the mountains and the road to get to the villa is steep and narrow so takes getting used to. You would need to be a confident driver. There is also a small alley you have to drive through to get to the villa which we just about got our rental car through (Jeep Compass) - any bigger and you won’t get it through so don’t get a big SUV rental. "Our family's stay at Villa Delmati was absolutely fantastic—we couldn't have asked for a better experience. The location was perfect, with shops and everything we needed just a short walk away. The owners went above and beyond, not only with their friendliness but also by offering wonderful recommendations for things to do in the area. A true highlight of our trip was when they cooked a delicious local dish for us one evening. We highly recommend Villa Delmati and can't wait to visit again!"

"We had a wonderful stay at the villa! The property was well equipped and clean with lots of space and plenty of outdoor areas to enjoy the beautiful views. The location is absolutely excellent! Right on top of the beach, with a grocery store round the corner and a great restaurant a minute walk away.

"We had an amazing time there. It was a beautiful place to stay. Everything was in excellent condition, it's a fantastic location, with incredible views away from the business of Omis but close enough if you want to be part of the buzz. "The Captains House was everything and more than we could have wished for. Communication with Nickolina was excellent and a great recommendation for a local restaurant, the location was perfect and so peaceful with everything you would need for a relaxing holiday. "Super nette und herzliche Familie. Wir durften sogar die Waschmaschine mitbenutzen, da wir Kinder hatten.
Die Wohnung hatte direkten Meerblick, war sauber und 5 min Fußweg vom Strand entfernt.
Der Strand war der beste in der Umgebung von ca 25km

"Mit 5 Personen haben wir 2 Wochen in diesem sehr gepflegten Apartment gewohnt. Das Haus liegt etwa 15 Minuten von Omis entfernt, also etwas abseits vom Trubel und daher für uns perfekt. Wir haben die Ruhe genossen, besonders am Abend und in der Nacht. Das Appartement hat alles was man benötigt,
ist gemütlich eingerichtet und groß genug für 5 Personen. Der Privatpool ist sehr gepflegt und wird auch regelmäßig gereinigt, wir haben ihn täglich mehrfach genutzt. Die Besitzer sind sehr nett und...
