"My husband and I stayed at this property in September 2025. We decided to stay out of the hustle & bustle of Split and we are glad we made that decision. "Es war alles traumhaft schöne. Sauber, ordentliche, große Terrasse und eine wunderschöne Aussicht. Für Leute die ein leichten schlaf haben und etwas längere schlafen wollen. Nimmt euch am besten oropax mit, denn die Türen sind normale Zimmertüren(dünn). Die Türen werden doch meistens zu geschlagen."

"Loved having a balcony with beautiful ocean view with close access to beach, and suites are beachside of road.
Bus stop nearby and approx 20 minutes to Split depending on traffic.
Good kitchenette and comfy bed.
Great to have Standup boards, inflatables, umbrellas & plenty of sun lounges on hand. Beach is pebble and not sand beach, so need thongs or sea shoes.
Nice walking path along beach and access to restaurants nearby.
A coffee machine & toaster would be a nice addition."

"We had an incredible stay in Podstrana, the apartment was in an amazing location, right on the beach. Very quiet, walkable to lovely restaurants. A quick uber or bus ride into Split but it was nice to be in a quieter, peaceful area. The apartment was clean, had everything we needed and the hosts were very friendly and accommodating. "

"We stayed for 9 nights in September and really enjoyed staying here. The apartment was very clean and spacious with all the amenities we needed. "An ideal property for family groups. We were grandparents with children & grandchildren. The area by the pool with gazebo was our central point & worked well. With one gluten free member of the party having more than one kitchen was a bonus. The villa is 5 minutes from the beach & a choice of restaurants. "This villa was everything we wanted, we did the BBQ night twice it was that good, and we also did the Cocktail and Pizza night which was a blast, he also arranged a boat trip for us really good and any restaurant bookings we wanted he did for us, would recommend this villa to anyone. Die Unterkunft war noch nicht bezugsfertig, Baustelle.
Der Nachbar nebenan hat sein 1A Appartement freundlicherweise für mich zur Verfügung gestellt.
Es wurde alles umgehend geregelt - von daher gibt es auch eine gute Bewertung"
