"Great location. Staff not onsite. Couldn't get the heat to work even after contacting the on call person. Bed was extremely high, my wife couldn't get up without help. The housekeeper was very helpful and lent a step stool."

"Office is only monitored M-F business hrs. So not sure how to communicate after hours? We arrived late on Thursday and were not in the room we booked. Dealt with that issue in the morning on Friday and it was quickly resolved and our parking space was moved to a secure indoor parking space once they noticed we had bikes. We were happy that we were there during business hours. Unsure what would have happened if this was on a weekend.
