Set on 23 acres of wooded land with a lovely little lake on your doorstep, this cozy space features a private year-round hot tub, full kitchen, board games and a king size bed.

Located just outside of St Martins and the Fundy Trail Parkway, you’ll find everything you need with us after a day spent hiking, riding ATV trails, floating in the lake and exploring the Fundy Coast.

Newly renovated with modern amenities and cozy touches, this is the perfect place to relax away from it all!

This property was purchased in 2021 to be a reprieve from daily life. We pictured thoughtfully decorated rooms with mood lighting, lake views and a bed you never want to leave. Until you remember that as soon as you step out onto your deck the birds will be singing and the water glistening and the mossy forest floor waiting.

Over the last year, we have rebuilt our spaces to include as many creature comforts as possible. You will find cell phone chargers, Starlink internet and heat pumps to keep you warm/cool.

We provide fluffy bath robes, soft cotton sheets on your Canadian made memory foam beds and fragrant coffee to help you greet the day.

We hope you love it as much as we do!

You will have access to wander the property as you please, including use of stand up paddle boards and kayaks on the lake. We also have snowshoes available for property use during the winter months. If you would like to use them, please be sure to send us a message and we will bring them over during your stay!

Our home is located on the property, which means we will be available to help with anything you might need, answer questions or give directions to local sights throughout your stay

The village of St Martins has long been a draw for visitors from all over North America. You can grab a coffee at our locally owned cafe and turn around to see our unique lobster fishing boats docked right in the harbour.

Take a walk through our covered bridge, visit a light house, try authentic seafood with a view of the ocean, swim in a waterfall or sink your toes into our salty sand along one of our many beaches.
Our local adventure company, Red Rocks, can take you out for a kayak tour along the coast you will never forget.

Our Bay of Fundy holds the title for the highest tides in the world at 53 feet which truly is a sight to see. When the tide is out you can explore sea caves or walk miles of sand beaches collecting perfectly smoothed stones and sea glass along the way.

We are also home to the Fundy Parkway, a 50,000 acre national treasure with over 200kms of forest, endless hiking trails and a new road built along 20kms of arguably the most beautifully rugged coastal views.

And if what you are looking for is a pure getaway with no addenda, you can always stay cozied up at our property swinging in a hammock, sitting by the fire or soaking in the hot tub listening to the peaceful symphony of the natural world around you.

The village of St Martins and the Bay of Fundy coastline is a short 10 minute country drive from our property. Explore the ocean beaches, sea caves and cliff side hikes during the day knowing your hot tub and king bed are waiting for you when you return.
1) Pinewood Escapes is here to provide a peaceful getaway in nature. Our family lives here on the property along with three other vacation rental spaces. As such, it is important that noise levels are low, especially in the evening. Our set quiet time is 10pm, which includes music, to ensure all our guests can rest while staying with us.

2) For the same reason, we limit the space to the guests who are listed on the booking, with a maximum occupancy of 2.

3) There is a $20 per vehicle charge if you would like to plug in while staying with us. Please let us know before arrival if you’d like to add this option to your reservation.

4) Please ensure you shower before entering the hot tub so we can keep it as clean as possible. Be sure to put the hot tub lid back on when not in use and use only the plastic cups provided.

5) Please do not use any oil based lotions, oils or other products when in contact with any linens as these stains do not come out.
Note there will be a $100 charge to replace the bedsheets if this occurs.

6) The person who booked the stay must be present during the entirety of the reservation.
