"The property is very centrally located for walking about the down town area. It was clean and very livable with a kitchenette and a separate lounge area which was great as we were there for five days. It is a bit noisy at night but what would you expect being in the center of the town. Lots of restaurants near by, out favourite were the Thai restaurant just up the road and a great Icelandic restaurant a short five minute walk called Islenski Barinn. We ate at both of them a couple of time....

"Everything was pretty much as described. Though we got a little hiccup that the door code we were given to access our room was wrong. Be prepared to have to call their phone number as I saw other reviews sharing the same experience. Otherwise, it was all good."

"When we first got to the property, we weren’t too sure It’s very old, but it was clean. It appears to be in the old area of Iceland, where there’s a few hostiles. But at the end, we stayed in apartment, 102 which had a kitchenette, which was great because the price of food in Iceland is crazy expensive. It’s a self serve stay. Which we didn’t mind. It was walkable everywhere we needed to go. Love Iceland."

"Great bakery on the main level, rooms were clean and excellent. Only thing I’d change is putting a real door on the bathrooms but it worked. "

"This was a great apartment with a good bed and a kitchenette so that we could prepare simple meals. It is right next to the downtown, so it was easy to access dining and shopping. It was next to the Hallgrimskirkja church, so it was easy to find our way back from city walks. There was an issue with hot water, but I believe that will be resolved for future tenants. "

"Our family of 4 had a great stay in this apartment. It was very clean, comfortable, fully stocked with everything you need to cook and clean up, including dishwasher soap, washer and dryer with laundry soap was also appreciated! Beds were comfortable, pillows were great. Hosts were very responsive when we asked for more towels- and same were easily accessible to us on site. Coffee maker wasn’t great so we picked up some instant coffee at the nearby market. The area was safe with lots of places...
