The hotel was helpful in arranging transportation from Hanoi airport to the hotel, and from the hotel to Hanoi Old Quarter, which was cheaper than four of us taking a bus. "Wow! What a beautiful homestay tucked away in a private corner of Ninh Binh. The views and hospitable staff were amazing - they truly went above and beyond to make our time at the lotus field wonderful. At night, there were loud karaoke parties nearby that echoed across the cliffs that we weren’t expecting, and most of the bikes were in tough condition, but all and all 10/10 would recommend a stay here! "The luxury at this property was amazing. It felt so quiet and secluded. My wife and I were travelling without our children and this resort was exactly what we needed to unwind. The room was very large and comfortable and every night they would put out mosquito nets. I get devoured by mosquitos whenever I travel but I didn't seem to have any issues here. The breakfast options were good and the restaurant was good too."

"This place is like a mirage: absolutely beautiful hotel in a stunning location! I kept thinking it was like a dream!!! Staff very attentive. Fun ride in electric buggy to our room. Quiet, pretty pool. Stunning room: silky robes, bags & hats to borrow. Loved the decor: luxurious! Breakfast buffet had everything, and it was never busy! Bikes were cheap to rent. Great location: you could watch the boats go by. "
