"We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Vu Hotel. The hotel appears to be family-owned and operated, and the personal attention and hospitality really stood out throughout our visit.
The staff were incredibly helpful and went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable. They arranged a private driver for our trip back to Hanoi, making our travel plans simple and stress-free.

"Spacious and clean rooms, pool and landscaping were beautiful. Went to old town Hoa Lu for meals and shopping. Staff called for transportation, we chose “green” auto, staff told us the price beforehand and it was cheaper than regular taxi. They helped us arrange for rides and visits to Trang An/Tam Coc without using any Tour and it was much more efficient and comfortable and cost less."

"This is a family owned hotel.
Clean room. Friendly and very helpful staff. Wifi was spotty but worked most of the time. Breakfast had to be ordered 30 minutes before time as the mother of the family serves as the cook too.
As there is not a restaurant very nearby we suggested to them to either get microwaves in each room or 2 in the dining room. Guests need to be able to warm up food. Need rubber mats in bathrooms as tiles are very slippery and people can get injured easily."

"This is an idyllic oasis in a rural Nimh Binh town, which provides the ideal setting for venturing out to explore and returning to luxury. We made very good use of the free bicyles to tour the area, via ricefields. The staff were exceptionally well connected and very helpful in helping us plan and arrange our onward plans.
The one odd note was a poorly flavoured vegetarian pho. All the other food (and the massage) were perfect."

"Le site était très bien, la vue sur les alentours a partir de la piscine était magnifique, il y a un endroit pour louer des vélos électriques qui offre environs 50 km à a peine 5 min. de marche ce qui offre emplement pour explorer la région en famille. Nous avons bien aimé. Seul petit bémol, les photos pourraient être rafréchits car elle date d'au moins 10 ans a mon avis. Mais pour nous le Vietnam est un voyage où l'on ce met en mode "camping" donc tout était bien parfait. Bon voyage!"

"Breakfast was small due to hotel size but really delicious, desk staff were so helpful, aircon works well, free bikes to rent a bonus.
Obviously the highlight is the scenic location of the hotel, a little far from the main centre, not an issue though as grabs are easy to get here. So peaceful and idyllic, would stay again."

"This is probably the BEST hotel I've ever been. It is simply beautiful, every aspect of it is well thought. The owners are very friendly and they help you in everything you need.
I say it is the best hotel not because is luxurious or posh, but it is the hotel where I have felt most comfortable. The cabin is amazing, clean, complete, comfortable. The views, the pool and the breakfast are great. There is no better place to stay in Ninh Binh."

"Highly recommend! Location is perfect — it is not in the busy center which often has traffic/difficult for Grab pick up but the hotel is still walking distance to everything! There’s a route to the center which avoids the busy streets. The restaurants around were delicious. Free bicycles were perfect for bike rides. Breakfast had many options from simple toast and eggs to Vietnamese foods; the plate of fruits were fantastic. Air conditioning worked great especially during the unbearable summer...

It was quiet and away from the hustle and bustle of Tam Coc, but was also close enough to several key excursions like Bai Dinh, Hang Mua, and Trang An. The staff were very friendly and accommodating.
