"Staff at the dinning hall is very courteous. Very helpful during breakfast and dinners,"

"Great hotel at the best location opposite to Masjid Nawabi. Close to women prayer section as the hotel is located on the north west corner of the Masjid. Clean hotel with exceptional friendly staff. I felt like staying at home during my visit. Multiple restaurants offering different cuisines with amazing taste. No comparison with amenities and location anyone visiting the Prophet’s mosque"

"Everything was great"

"Makarem Burj Al Madina was great! Staff were friendly, and rooms were clean. Hotel is relatively new and well maintained. You are welcome with some nice dates and Kawa coffee. The Breakfast buffet is 10/10. Very healthy and organic choices, would highly recommend this hotel."

"Excellent stay"

"Room is very updated and bathroom is very modern and clean"

"My experience in Medinah has never been so great. Staying at this beautiful hotel, the room, the staff and the closeness to Haram is priceless. Although I find the food a bit pricey. We only eat breakfast and lunch once and they charge #689 Riyal for my family of 3 kids and 2 adults. Over all i will recommend the hotel for anyone looking to have a great stay in Medinah."

"Had a great stay with family. So close to Haram Madani that is just around the corner. Will highly recommend."
