"Nice well maintained property. We visit again."

"The property was clean and well maintained. The staff was professional and courteous. Also, it was walking distance to the Troy Music Hall for the concert we had booked."

"The property was beautiful. The neighborhood is a little run down but not too bad. Full breakfast was great. Owner' s been running the place for 26 years, it's her home and she has tons of knowledge of the area."

"Responsive host, clean property. A little bit noisy with the downstairs neighbors, but you're in the middle of a city. Noise is expected. There was a small mix-up with the entrance being inside the fence, but it was quickly resolved."

"We were pleasantly surprised by this little gem of an apartment. The owners thought of just about anything that someone would need. The space is cute. The bedrooms are a nice size. The full washer & dryer were nice to have. Restaurants & coffee shops just a short drive away. A diner right on the corner for a quick breakfast. Will definitely book here again."

"Tatyana and Phillip have a great space. It is located near the Hudson River. The property is well maintained and just as described in Vrbo. The furnishings are tastefully appointed and the high ceilings give a sense of the glories of yesteryear. Everything a visitor would need is right here. Communication with the hosts was easy and clear. We enjoyed our stay."

"I could not have asked for a better experience. The host was very good at communicating, check in process was fantastic and the apartment was clean. It had everything I needed for a two week stay. 10/10 recdomend. Oh the location was also safe and right next to CVS with off street parking."

"Great property, super responsive property owner. Great location, just at the edge of downtown. The only odd thing was that it's such an old building that the floors were a little warped in places, and not level. Other than that, great property!"

"The house was perfect for a guys trip. We had a great time and the amenities were nice. Perfect for a hunting or golf trip."

"Apartment was clean, cute, and perfect for my husband and me. Host was very easy to work with and answered all my questions. Would definitely recommend and may be back soon"

"Perfect location. Walkable to most of the great restaurants and bars. Super clean and modern. Very responsive hosts. There is a great bar with a diverse/ fun crowd and events on the first floor."

"Very nice host and pizza / beer downstairs. Cool town with live music around the corner at unihog"

"Exactly as pictured & described! Very clean and comfortable - exactly what we were looking for. Outside noise can sometimes be heard but the sound machine was a huge help to get to sleep."

"I really enjoyed my stay here! James is communicative/responsive and makes check-in and departure easy. The property is in a vintage house; it has the perfect blend of modern comfort and historic charm. They had wine and mints out to welcome me. The kitchen had everything I needed, and everything was clean."

"Clean house, responsive host. Kitchen had all necessary amenities. Highly recommend staying here"
