"The place is lovely. The view is amazing."

"The house was exactly as described and we enjoyed our stay. The bed was comfortable and we would rent again. Our only Mishap is the Jacuzzi was broken and dirty during our stay and we would've really enjoyed to use that, but otherwise our stay was great. The owner reached out to let us know they would look into it and we never heard back. We would still stay at this property again"

"Great stay, was on a pond instead of lake… but still beautiful. No service at site, so u recommend saving the instructions prior to arrival. It took a while to get it pulled up. Fast responses from host, very cute home!"

"They took my money never gave me a room very unacceptable I will never go there again"

"We had a wonderful stay in Durham and couldn't have been happier with our experience! From the moment we arrived, our hosts were incredibly welcoming, responsive, and easy to communicate with. They made sure we had everything we needed and were always quick to answer any questions, which made our stay completely stress-free.The home itself was exceptionally clean, cozy, and thoughtfully prepared. "Owners did a fantastic job of filling the space with functional and usable items. Very pleased with the ease of access (street parking would've been difficult on one night of our stay, but since we were in a compact car, we were able to use the rear parking). Surrounding area was a little loud (being city center, and all), but our use of the provided noise machine beside the bed made for better sleep. Well appointed space in a super-convenient area!"

"House was cozy! Good location for stores and drive-thru. And close to duke university"

"Our stay was excellent - a comfortable bed, good shower, convenient laundry, and we enjoyed the back deck. And it’s a great location. We love Dain’s Place on 9th St. We will stay here again"

"Very clean, easy check-in, convenient to everything downtown."

"This property and the host were amazing, the house was comfortable, cozy and clean. The beds were great, the back porch was fabulous and the house was laid out beautifully. Communication with the host was excellent, check in and check out was a breeze, and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. If you’re going to be in the Durham area, you should definitely consider staying here."
