"This was my second stay at this property. Property owner did not provide access information until the day after the start of the stay (and only after I requested it). Toilet handle was broken (was informed of that after I arrived), storm door would not latch, there was carpet tack strip nails exposed at the threshold of the bedroom doorway. (found those with my bare feet). Owner needs to do a better job of providing access information and perform some house maintenance."

"We enjoyed the screened in porch! The house had some neat, old fashioned features that were fun, as they reminded us of visits with our grandparents :). The location was close to places we wanted to go. It was a quiet, peaceful area. Lots of attractive bedrooms, and could easily sleep several! Wish we had brought more people to share it with! Home Sweet Home Near LA Tech

"I'll start with the positive's. It was a quiet neighborhood. 10 minutes to everywhere we needed to go. The backyard was great for the dogs. Check in was a breeze and host is responsive. Negative's: It is an older house, so I am trying to remember that while leaving review. Taking showers was interesting. Any time the water came on any where else in the house, I was blasted with cold water. I'm also baffled by the comments this house was clean. There was so much 'stuff' on the doors,...

"The place was great & super cute! The beds were comfy & we had an ample amount of linen, towels, & dishes. Overall we enjoyed our stay but there was a couple of things that weren’t listed appropriately: it says there is a futon with one of the queen beds but it’s only an air mattress & the shower situation was not an actual shower head, but rather a spray wand attached to the spigot. No big deal, we made it work but it would’ve been nice to know. Overall our stay was great & we would stay again!"
