"We only stayed one night enroute to a destination. The inside was clean and accurate, according to the photos. It is an older property and a bit dated but served our purposes. The patio/deck was a bit disappointing. The grill was not the one pictured. It was dirty and rusted through. The large griddle like fryer was also dirty and rusted. "I'll start with the positive's. It was a quiet neighborhood. 10 minutes to everywhere we needed to go. The backyard was great for the dogs. Check in was a breeze and host is responsive.
Negative's: It is an older house, so I am trying to remember that while leaving review. Taking showers was interesting. Any time the water came on any where else in the house, I was blasted with cold water. I'm also baffled by the comments this house was clean. There was so much 'stuff' on the doors,...

"Great place for a family vacation! Full stocked home with an amazing dock. Everything you could ask for and more. The dock was our favorite place to hang out with the large decks and furniture to enjoy the lake. Definitely our top lake vacation rental for a larger family. "

"The host is very courteous and responds quickly. The area is great in relation to the colleges and shopping. The parking is not advantageous. The property can use some upgrading. The stove and microwave were terrible. The owner should check on the cleaning crew...It was a great price and stay for a one night trip. I would recommend based on the communication with the host."

"Property was prefect. Host was amazing, came out after 10 pm to check on a minor issue. Had issue fixed by 9am the next morning. Very efficient."
