"This hotel is really an apartment building whose lower floors are for renting. The workout gym is fantastic - the hot tub has a view (fireworks in the summer Wednesdays and Saturdays). The location is nice with lots of restaurants nearby - and 0.5 miles from the Art Institute. Staff were very friendly - and they should note that there really is a small convenience store/coffee stop just two doors down - for food, snacks, wine, etc!"

"We love staying at Sonder properties. The apartment has a full kitchen with everything you need, the shower is so refreshing, and the in-room washer/dryer is super handy when traveling."

"The staff was exceptional, willing to assist in any way and very friendly. All areas, including the room, were kept clean. The lobby and garden were truly unique. I even managed to take pictures of a bunny. The breakfast fruit was very fresh and delicious. We would consider staying again. The only trouble we had was clearly marked parking signs and spot availability. "

"From the moment we contacting them through our stay they would check in to make sure we were happy and if we needed anything. The unit was clean + safe + quiet. And the view from the patio + our bedroom was amazing!!!"

"This is a perfect location to walk around downtown, have dining options at walking distance. Everything was perfect for my family trip. The only issue is the noise its close to walgreens that gets deliveries at like 5am and the noise is so bad it wakes you up."

"This was the perfect base for our family Chicago vacation. We stayed in the 3-bedroom unit, and it had plenty of space for the four of us. We loved the views of the city, and the location was perfect for all the attractions we wanted to see. It was a short walk to the L, but we’re a family who likes to walk, so we were able to get most places on foot fairly quickly. The beds were comfortable, linens soft, and all the amenities were nice. Everyone we met in the building (residents & staff)...

"This is a super-cute 3 bedroom apartment, very clean (with a couple of tiny exceptions I discovered by accident. They were clearly innocent oversights.) This is a great neighborhood, felt very safe, close to restaurants and coffee shops. The air conditioning was not working. The first night there, (we arrived quite late at night) was awful. There were fans in the bedrooms, but I didn't want to leave the windows open at night. The next day we opened the windows to cool off, and it was much...

"Great stay, no problems with the house what so ever, neighbor has a great culture feel, amazing elote place down the road along with 6 Flags and a fairly short trip to the city. Only complaint is that it was listed as the whole house but there were people staying below in the basement, did not effect our stay whatsoever though. Had a really good time and would stay again!"
