"wonderful home for a weekend vacation! house is within walking distance to the tow square that is filled with bars, shops, and restaurants! the entire house had a very comfortable, warm feel to it. everything was extremely clean and well equipped! "Very clean! Each bed has 4 fluffy pillows, very comfortable beds. Each bedroom has a tv, very nice! Nice game room. We really enjoyed our stay and will return when we are in Rockford. Only negative for larger groups: This did not affect us, there were only 3 of us. However, there are only 3 bath towels and 1 beach towel. "

"We had a wonderful stay at the Cozy Lake House. The home was clean, well cared for, and thoughtfully decorated for the holidays, which made it feel especially welcoming. Communication with Steve was excellent from start to finish. The house was quiet and peaceful, with a beautiful lake view that we really enjoyed. Everything was as described, and the space was comfortable and relaxing. We would happily stay here again."
