"The room was clean and well equipped. Location is good for those who wants to be located near to Gleneagles Hospital. Check in process was okay. What is probably worrying however is the required bank transfer deposit and the need to send ID document to some unknown person which can be easily misused."

"The reception staff is helpful But the cleaning staff is not helpful Having stayed for 4 days, the conciergist and receptionist said that they would provide cleaning service for at least twice a day. But I can't see any cleaning service. THEY completely ignored us. Despite asking for a functional kettle, cleaning of toilets, cleaning of bins, they did just a simple registration.
