"Wir waren bereits das zweite Mal da. Freundliche Personal, vielfältiges Frühstück. Die Zimmer haben Balkon und sind etwas älter, aber renoviert und sauber. Das Badezimmer war neu. Auf dem Zimmer befinden sich eine Tasche mit Bademantel und Badetuch für das Bad das in wenigen Schritten erreichbar ist. Uns hat es wie bereits letztes Mal gefallen."

"Die Wohnung ist sehr geräumig, gemütlich (Cheminee) und gut ausgestattet, wir haben nichts vermisst. Es gibt sogar Fondue- und Raclettegeschirr. Die drei Schlafzimmer waren für uns drei Frauen mit Hund ideal. In der Umgebung gibt es diverse schöne Möglichkeiten zum Spazieren gehen. Wir haben den persönlichen Kontakt zu Monica und ihrer Familie sehr geschätzt. Unsere Anliegen wurden sofort aufgenommen und Anstrengungen zur schnellen Behebung unternommen (Kaffeemaschine, Wasserhahn,...

"The room was great. Everything was modern and comfortable. The check-in process is scary if you wait until the last minute. I accept most of the responsibility, but I wish I would have received a warning e-mail for not checking in the day before. Just an email that would make me acknowledge the automated process that I would be entering into and without help from staff on site. We were on a 42 day trip with 14 different hotels, so we were spoiled by most of the hotels that had staff to assist...

"Good location and price for the time we went, breakfast was nice and they make your morning drinks for you and it’s nice. Only thing is starts to feel a bit repetitive so last day we got brunch. Has no AC so was quite hot at night but given fans. Hotel is clean esp the bathroom. Coop right outside which helps, tram station right outside and 20 mins into centre of Zurich. Waterfountain also right outside didn’t need to pay for water the whole trip which was great considering 500ml is 4.80...
