"Loved the room and leisure facilities. Room and bed were very comfortable. Restaurant on Wednesday 22nd April was a comedy of errors. Young lady checking people in was a bit out of her depth. Seemed rushed and really needed help. Waited over 30 minutes to take our food order. When the food came it was very good. Think management need to help this poor girl with more staff in the evening. Breakfast was tasty, but at over £200 per night B&B, expected waiter service and not a buffet."

"Hotel tired and in need of updating. Dirty pillow cases! Heating in room not working, electric fan heater provided with feet missing - potential fire hazard! Staff very friendly, polite welcoming, attentive and happy! Food great, bar service great. Attention to food allergy great! "

"Rugby match was being played and the car park was full even though there were security guards on checking in your staying, in the morning the car park was empty. The bar and restaurant was full so paying guests could not get food"

"Large and spacious room very modern if a little basic. Minimalistic wardrobe space and tiny table/ moveable desk. More than adequate for an overnight stay. Included breakfast is simple and basic but very nice . "

"Nice quirky hotel, stylishly done out. Great for a couples night away. The simple check in process and key lock is really cool and makes it simple. Can’t fault the place. Only suggested improvements are 1. Add a coffee machine to rooms. Instant granules don’t match the styling. 2. Couple of bottles of water in fridge would be a nice touch"
