"We had a high room with balcony view over the lake, view are partially obstructed and lower runs will likely have no views. The hotel is literally connected to the train platform, which makes access so easy, but Google Maps doesn't know that, which meant getting there was much harder than it needed to be, going down and up hill. "I chose this property due to it's proximity to the train station. Be aware though it is down a steep hill from the station level. There is a public elevator on the main road that helps avoid this. On arrival staff were very pleasant and helpful. Room was well equipped, though bathroom whilst well equipped was a bit cosy. Breakfast was great with plenty of fresh choice. Good value if you need to be near the station"

The pillow was non existent. We arrived late and reception closes at 11pm and no one appears to be available after this time to allow check in or on site to deal with any issues should they arise."
