"It was a little too far to walk along side of dark area. We've heard a little train noise. The AC machine was noisy needed to turn it off. It was a great have the washing/dryer machine even just stay one night."

"Staff is friendly and helpful. For example, I needed help to make dinner reservations but I don't speak Japanese and I do not know how to dial the local number but front desk was nice enough to help. Much better than other hotels in Japan that I stayed at. The area has many shopping streets and a short walk to malls and restaurants. The breakfast can get busy though and the line-up for coffee can be ridiculous as there is only one coffese machine. All in all, it is clean, convinenent, and...

"Room is so small and convenient location"

"Very good location. Breakfast had good choices. A lot of shopping. Only thing is lobby to check in is very small and everyone’s luggage is in the way or would have given 5. The main lobby is way too small. That is the only downside"
