"Room can use a deep clean. A/c does NOT work properly. Staff at front desk was sick and she also handles food at breakfast. Breakfast is a joke. White bread for toast fake eggs microwave sausage and waffle machine. Bad quality. room is a good size"

"When I checked in, I went to my room & the door was open with the tv on. Of course this was unexpected. Upon closer inspection, the bed was not made. Somebody was already in that room. I went back to the front desk & she told me sometimes people sneak intonthe hotel & will take someone else's room. I was really taken aback by this. They did put me into a different room, but honestly, I was not very comfortable thinking people were "sneaking" to get rooms. Eveb in my new room, the chain feature...

"Front Desk service was professional and helpful; the room and bedding were comfortable and very clean; the coffee in the lobby was ground fresh and brewed fresh from the machine; the fitness center’s cardio machines were well maintained and in good working order; the hotel was generally quiet especially overnight. My only negative comment would be that the Monday thru Friday complimentary breakfast ended too early at 9am for guests like myself that were vacationing for pleasure. Weekend hours...
