"This was a great stay!"

"Excellent starting place and ending place for our tour of the Mighty Five National Parks. We were upgraded to a suite on the first night (carpet showed light wear, but rest of room was great). Final night was a standard room, which was in great condition."

"Great value!"

"Great stay, all around A+"

"Convenient location in Park city for a fair price."

"The Chateaux was a great experience! From the moment we arrived the staff was helpful, friendly, and so accommodating. We really appreciated Jono taking our car, our bags and helping us to our room and giving us a rundown of the hotel. The courtyard was fantastic and we loved the hot tubs! Such a great property and atmosphere. We highly recommend the Chateaux! The smores kits provided were pretty stale and ultra processed. Would have loved fresher, higher quality marshmallows, but you can’t...

"Nice but very expensive. It is a good drive to the downtown area. If I were to go again I would stay closer to downtown."

"The rooms are clean and the staff were so helpful. Our kids LOVE the pool and the other family-friendly amenities. Restaurant and bakery have delicious food! We stay here often and would highly recommend."

"Condos are actually part of the Sheraton hotel buildings but managed by White Pines so checking in was confusing and there was a lack of communication between hotel and condo company. Whole compound was kind of hard to navigate at first and the condo area is old and dated. The self park was dark and dirty and not well kept. Our condo was older and smelled a little odd. But it was otherwise very clean and a nice space overall. All the employees were amazingly helpful. Good stay for the money...

"The bathroom door was warped. We could hear noise from the pool & hot tub. The room was 78 degrees when we arrived. It took forever for it to cool down!"

"Great overnight stay for a quick get away anniversary! Nice view with our spacious and clean room! All staffing was incredible! Also the chocolates were delicious!!!!"
