"Listen, I will preface by saying that you are NOT paying for a five star hotel. This is a basic, need a place to sleep property. The surrounding area is quiet. It's a small town and was perfect for what we wanted. If you are looking for a modern hotel, this one is not for you. If you are looking for an affordable place to lay your head without worrying about the surrounding area being safe...this place is for you.

"This house was amazing! This was a perfect location for Grand Park baseball and Kokomo. This quiet community was the perfect escape for a relaxing trip. The house was well stocked and very clean and the beds were very comfortable. Ryan was very attentive and made sure we were safe with severe weather in the area one evening. He even helped me with car issues and helped us get on the road home. I would highly recommend this property and will definitely stay again."
