"Clean and in the process of being updated, BUT… Not enough parking, broken elevator, horrendous lack of water pressure. Worked well enough for one night after a concert, but I wouldn’t want to stay longer than that. A/C was nice & cold, so that helped. Front desk staff were pleasant & helpful. "

"This hotel is nice and clean for the price. We needed a place to stay after a concert, and this was all that was left. There are areas that need updating, however, the hotel was very clean and the beds were quite comfortable. We had a quiet room on the second floor. The elevator was not working, but that was OK. The staff were professional and friendly. The hotel is located in a safe and convenient area with lots of restaurant options and a Starbucks next-door. "

"The hotel was wonderful. Brand new and beautiful. Very bright. We needed to check out a night early and I am still having a difficult time getting a refund for the night we did not stay. The hotel won’t do anything without hotels.com’s consent and hotel.com can’t seem to get in touch with the hotel. The email inbox for the hotel.com help center is full so emails won’t go through. Frustrating. "

"This was our second stay here! We had a child with us so the suite was big enough to accommodate all of us. Only down side was that the pool was closed for maintenance, and the beds are not that comfortable. But the breakfast was great, and the hotel overall was quiet. Will probably come back again? "

"The property is a bit aged and there is an elevator and part of the lobby roped off for repair. There wasn't any hot water for tea. There were some oranges at breakfast that were actually moldy. But when I asked for something else, they did bring some out. There are several stains and the like around. The area in the shower under the soap dispensers had a soap build up on it that caused me to slip and almost fall. Ok, so that's all the negative. On a positive note, the bed was comfortable and...
