On my departure day, a blizzard hit, making the roads impassable. Since I had to pivot to Zoom meetings for the day, the staff was incredibly accommodating—they allowed me to stay in my room until 4:00 PM with full internet access at no extra charge. "I must thank the customer service staff here; they helped guests check in smoothly! Although the room was a bit old, the front desk staff's enthusiasm was enough to keep guests coming back. The only downside was some hair on the pillow, but that was a minor issue, and the staff provided new pillowcases."
