"While the host was responsive, he was unwilling to discuss options when I asked about changing the weekend due to the winter storm that was set to hit the entire state the weekend of our stay. He tried to say that south Texas never gets freezing weather and when I explained that the larger concern would be getting home, he dismissed that in contradiction to the National Weather Service. Because this was a duck hunting trip for the men and because the host said we would only have the cleaning fee...

"Pros: rooms, beds, spaciousness, washer/drier, fully equipped kitchen, outdoor shower, pool, and bay front fishing were definitely outstanding.Cons: poor cleaning and maintenance of outdoor with trash, candy wrappers and other trash as well as dirty grill, grass over knee-high and unkempt, food and other things under and between couch cushions in home and floors dirty, internet connection failed two nights"
