"The air conditioner leaked into the room and we up all of my son's and my clothes. We had to secure quarters and laundry detergent to wash the clothes and could not be placed into a new room. We could not use a nice portion of the room because of towels being laid down to soak up the water. We were told that we would be refunded for two nights of the stay, and then the next morning the front desk person reneged and we were only refunded for one night of the stay. "Stayed 2 nights with 7 family members. Staff was helpful and very nice. Rooms were very clean. Breakfast was good, there was a variety. Parking was good, plenty of night light. Very near a grocery store HEB. Only disappointment was pool area could use some love. Hot tub did not work and was gross and pool did not have cloren. All staff members were awesome!!!"

"As soon as you walk in there’s a slight mildew smell. Our room was on the second floor and it was humid in the hallway. The room was clean but the rr had a slight sewer smell. The pool wasn’t clean enough and the hand rail walking in was loose and not bolted in the ground (hazardous). The breakfast was good and the overall stay was decent enough. Def need to maintain the place better."

"Great, budget-friendly getaway! We had a quick getaway and really enjoyed our stay. Our corner room was clean and basic, but nice, quiet, and had a great, comfortable bed. The 24-hour coffee and tea service in the lobby was a wonderful perk! The hotel was busy due to its close proximity to Corpus, but it was still very easy to get to. The staff was incredibly nice, helpful, and accommodating. Best of all, the cost is very family-friendly. Highly recommend!"

"We’ve used this hotel nearly every month in the last year. Recently, the night staff confirmed payment had cleared and our room was available at 7am after a 24 hr shift. When my husband arrived at 7:30, the day staff said they were fully booked and couldn’t accommodate him. However, I could see on Expedia that they had multiple rooms available. They indicated for $250 they could “find” a room even though we had already paid for. We won’t be staying at this facility ever again."

"They have a pool but refused to give towels for the pool on the first day. The staff on the following day was much nicer. The bathroom was nasty. Black/moldy caulking in the whole shower and any 10 year old could do a better caulking job then what they had done. The front door was absolutely ATROCIOUS!!!!! The beds were ok. Charged $142 for a place you would expect to pay $65 for!!"
