"Our room 211 was clean inside but there was cigarette butts in a bowl on the private porch, a beer can and a bucket of some kind of dead fish. We enjoyed the pool and the fishing pier. Overall we enjoyed our stay and will definitely come back 😊"

"This place was so nice and convenient to the beach the restaurant's, just short walk to everything and the host Mark was very helpful. The pet area was great for my lil dog. The cottage was decorated beach vibe very nice. We toured the island and beach on e-bike's. Would highly recommend this lil jewel."

"I stayed here with a friend for two nights on a fishing trip. (YouBet Guide Service Captain Richard Coan) The house was super clean, modern and well appointed and we had way more room than we needed. I don’t have a bad thing to say about the house. It was great and being close to the harbor where we launched from was super convenient. Will book again when in Rockport."
