"Spacious room. The non cleaning crew staff were amazing from the front desk to the shuttle driver who gives you a free ride to the airport. My biggest problem was the room service and cleaning staff. They were LOUD. They had their radios on MAX volume. There's like a 2 cm gap under the room door. All morning you could hear them yapping to each other and on their radios, especially this one dude. And you can't escape them. I went to the sauna to meditate and they decided to clean the adjacent gym...

"Terrible customer service! I booked the property from Expedia app there was nothing stating woman only untill the confirmation I received. I couldn’t check in and asked a refund immediately but nobody helped. The customer service said call me back but I heard nothing only full charge after checking out date. The experience was sucks. I will go through other way to ask a full refund!"

"As with many properties these days since Covid, the servicing of the room is very poor. It is amazing how management has taken one of the best group of workers and turned them into some of the worst group of workers. Of course this is all in the name of greed and recognizing what they got away with during Covid. So they charge $25.00to have your sheets changed. They didn’t inform me of this although they said they did and will not remove the charge. The greed of upper management and ownership...
