"We rolled up at 5 pm. No bell service, no valet, we waited nearly 70 min then asked the front desk twice to call them. He finally shows up, was nice and politely explained he was the only one on the property and would park our car but could not help with bags. Not a great start. The rest was fine, breakfast was great lots of choices. Checking out i went to get my bill, the front desk could not print a recipe nor show me a credit for the deposit charged. He said he didn’t know how. Wait .....

"My entire room smelled like cat urine. You can tell that the floor hadn’t been vacuumed for weeks. The trash was overflowing and the elevators were horrendous. Do not say here. Don’t let the price persuade you."
