"Stayed over the evening of a torrential downpour. Checked in late, staff was helpful and easy check in but my card was charged twice for incidentals and a week later had yet to be refunded. Also my room was musty and the AC wasn’t working neat well enough to take the humidity out of the room."

"Rooms are always very clean and staff is friendly and helpful. At this location their breakfast is a bit on the small side, probably because of the size of the hotel and town. However, what is provided is very delicious. Their baked goods actually taste fresh and their spinach quiche/pastry bite things are soooo good! I love staying at these hotels whenever I travel and this one did not disappoint!"

"Staff was great. Some repairs showed. Vent cover crooked and holes in the drywall in my room. They also ran out of pancake mix when I cam down for breakfast. I was in a hurry and couldn’t wait for the helpful staff to restock it."

"We stayed for five nights and were extremely disappointed. The hotel was undergoing loud construction all day, but this was never disclosed before booking. The room would not cool below 80°F, and we had to buy fans just to sleep comfortably. The toilet repeatedly stopped flushing—we had to pour water into it ourselves until it was finally repaired on our last day after reporting it multiple times. The bathroom sink only had hot water. Many advertised amenities were unavailable: no working ice...

"Callled ahead to say I was arriving late because of a plane delay... took 10 minutes to find some at the front desk at 2:00 in the morning cuz they were asleep. Then the credit card machine didn't work for my $50 deposit I almost fell asleep standing up person had no idea what she was doing room was filthy dirty. Supposed to have breakfast until 9:30 I got down there at 9:20 and they already had shut it down. This place sucks"

"We've stayed at Comfort Inns (and Suites), in the past & this location was perfect as expected. Our only issue was having to wait approximately 15-20 minutes for a desk clerk to arrive. After another customer arrived I foned the motel & and employee arrived advising she'd been cleaning in another area. Amenities including breakfast were great."
