I will be honest this place is run-down. The room was clean but the base boards were filthy and you can tell the room was at a time smoking but because non smoking. The breakfast was very minimal. It was just a waffle maker, some cereal and coffee. The staff was excellent very straightforward. Check in and check out was easy and smooth.

It's a budget motel, or apartment, depending on which losing you look at. You get what you pay for, not gonna get a Hilton here for $55 bucks. Ok for a cheap night sleep or a low grade hookup. Take the higher grade hookups to the Hilton.

This place is an absolute dump. The electrical plugs didn't work. The bathroom was falling apart and it smelled like sewage when you turned on the water. It was disgusting. Never going back!

The property does not match the images shown on the website, which was very misleading and disappointing. The hotel is outdated and in serious need of renovation. They don’t have staff present, the level of cleanliness is unacceptable.

To be honest this was the only place left in Stillwater to rent for one night it was the most disgusting place I've ever stayed including when I went to Florida for spring break it should be completely condemned
Bugs all in the light fixtures the bathroom sink still had the soap scum from the previous person that stayed there was not cleaned at all I cleaned room myself. Did not use the shower it was so disgusting
Urine all over the walls in the bathroom

The room had dead flies on floor and window sill and live ones flying around. The walls were in bad condition with stains and marks. The door did not latch correctly. The bathroom was terrible I did not even want to take a shower it was so bad. The worst hotel room I have ever stayed in.

If this could get a negative rating, I would do it. Don't stay here.

I read the reviews so I knew what I was getting myself into however, I paid almost $400 for one night in this hotel. When you step on the floor water bubbles up. The walls were so dirty I was afraid to get near them. The door looked like it had been kicked in several times. The sheets looked clean but had multiple burn holes. Price gouging because a concert is in town isn’t cool if your standards are not going to live up to the price you’re charging.

I was afraid to take off my shoes. I was on the 2nd floor and when I crossed the threshold my foot sunk just slightly. Thought I might end up stuck in the floor like Tom Hanks. I left and went somewhere safer, cleaner and structurally sound.

Came out of state for a game and needed a place to stay just for the night. Cheap and comfy beds. The person at the front desk was kind, said we could check in after hours even when it said last check in time was 11pm. Rooms were clean. Toilet was loud, could just hear rushing water or something, but shut the door and it’s not that much of a bother. They had a free breakfast, very minimal, but i’m not complaining. A good place to crash at when on the road.

This property needs a real upgrade. I didn’t have a showerhead. The room was absolutely disgusting. There were flies stuck on a lamp. The heater had the vents hadn’t been cleaned and God knows how long the floor hadn’t been swept. Walls were disgusting. They need better Housekeeping and really need to do a remodel on the property. The staff was OK but other than that it was just a cheap place to stay for the night, but I will not be doing it again.

The room needed a paint job, especially the bathroom. There was a burn hole in one of the comforters on the bed in a non-smoking room. This place needs a little TLC. Other than that, the guy at check-in was nice, and breakfast was fine for a quick grab-and-go. The shower worked, had hot water, the bed was comfortable, and the TV worked after you plugged it in.
