"The rooms weren't terrible. The bed was firm, which is generally a plus, but I'm rather spoiled by my adjustable bed at home, so I didn't sleep well at all. The blankets were super thin. The AC worked great. Other than a few dead bugs on the floor the room was clean. I'd rather the bugs be dead than alive at least it shows they sprayed or have the facility sprayed. We didn't eat breakfast there, but they had the usual waffles you can make yourself, cereal options, yogurt, coffee, juice, and...

"Room - sliding door was off hinges had to put back on. Staff she was EXCELLENT Breakfast - MORE people than FOOD! i didn't' even wait to eat! It was too hot to sit in pool area, so i sat outside of the window there to watch my grand daughters swim. All in all I didn't NOT think this was worth the $$$ at all. But my son booked this room. We WON'T be back! But the girl at front desk SHE WAS EXCELLENT ....."

"The POOL was not open yet. We stayed there 2 years ago and they had started on it. Sad it taking so long. Not enough carts to carry things to and from room."

"They were renovating so hallways were unfinished. Had to move rooms right away because toilet did not flush well. Staff on duty handled things well and asked again how things were going. Original room and room that we moved to had both been renovated but not done well. Breakfast was good though and hotel was quiet."
