"There were a lot of issues. I am not one to complain but the beds were so bouncy and uncomfortable, the toilet constantly was running, the pool area was never cleaned, there were never any towels at the pool, breakfast was never served on time, the cleaning lady stole a spray bottle."

"To be honest, I didn’t know what to expect when booking this hotel, but I was pleasantly surprised. The room was much bigger than I anticipated, the bed was comfortable, and it was very quiet—which is always a big plus for me. The front desk staff were friendly and efficient, and we even got a free cocktail during happy hour, which was a nice bonus. "Perfect for business or personal travel, rooms are clean and staff is professional. Breakfast is NOT included so deciding an extra 10-12 for breakfast in house is worth it. Good choice for a Texans game and I recommend staying here but finding food elsewhere. There are lots of choices nearby."

"Everything was good: clean rooms, good breakfast, etc., but the thing that bothered me was that they are now charging $3.00 a day for parking. I get it in a downtown location where parking is at a premium, but in Spring, Texas? Why? It's not much, but I'll find a similar quality hotel to stay in next time that doesn't charge for parking."
