"The room was excellent: clean and well-appointed. The pool was closed the entire time we were there. We only ate the breakfast once, it was not as good as I expected. The waffle machine was broken. The biscuits were dry and not tasty. Second morning I had a banana in the room. When we left the girl with bright red hair didn't even acknowledge me. She didn't look up from her phone call(she wasn't talking either), she was probably calling rooms since it was almost 11am. I had asked for a noon...
