"The door key system is antiquated to the point that it would take me anywhere from 5 to 10 times swiping the key to get into my room. Also the door was so tight that I had to slam into it with my shoulder to open it. When I stepped into the shower, I almost broke my neck because there were no non-skid areas left in the shower. I had to put a face cloth on the floor and stand on that in order to not slip and fall."

"It was an ok hotel, but for the price I was expecting more. Bathroom was smaller than I was expecting. One chair in the room, I didn’t like sitting on the bed eating, but when there is only one chair and my husband was sitting in it I didn’t have any other choice. It was like there was a fee for everything, no free breakfast. The website was a little misleading, makes you think your getting more than you are."

"We really enjoyed our stay at the Fairfield Marriott! The location was great and very convenient. Breakfast each morning was good, and we appreciated that they changed up the options from day to day, which made it even better. We also loved having coffee, tea, and hot chocolate available 24 hours a day in the lobby. After dinner, it was so nice to come back, grab a hot drink, and relax outside on the patio. Those little touches made our stay even more enjoyable."

"We booked a room with two queens and a pull out couch so we’d have enough places for everyone to sleep but when we got there we were told they had given all those rooms away and we had no choice but to buy a second room. So we did and the second rooms AC didn’t even work. Plus we were told we’d get a discount or rebate when the manager got in the next day and never did. Terrible experience."

"Great location and wonderful staff. They were having difficulties with the washers and dryers while we were there which made them unavailable as well as an eyesore. Ample choices for breakfast."

"Staff was excellent , room very good, breakfast good with many options. Our only gripe was that we arrived prior to 3:00 check in and were told the room was ready. However, we were told in order to check in early we would need to pay an additional $50. this made no common sense to us so we went for lunch and came back at 3:00. We believe it is unfair to your staff to put the burden on them to explain this to the guest as they check in. It really is terrible marketing and puts a stain on what...

"Fire alarms went off at 8 pm. Desk person said they were malfunctioning. Her boss wouldn't answer the phone and she didn't have any other numbers - no upper management, no corporate. I asked her to call the firedepartment and she said she didn't have the authority to do that. I called the fire department and when they arrived they could not reset. Went to to another hotel. Big safety issues with this place."
